Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your massage to ensure all paperwork and any questions you may have can be spoken about. Tracey will then assess any pain/issues you may have. You are also welcome to chose the type of music (or no music if you prefer) while you have your massage. Please let Tracey know what sort of pressure you prefer, she will ask throughout the duration of the massage but if at any time it’s not suitable please let her know. Everyone has different pain tolerances.

Tracey will arrive 10 minutes before each session to set up table, towels and oils. Then before she begins she will talk to you about your health, background and lifestyle and discuss your movements and restrictions before tailoring a massage specific to your needs.
